About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping and Environmental Services Associate to join our team at Banner Health. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of assigned cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, scrubbing, disinfecting, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in patient rooms, common areas, and other facilities.
  • Empty hampers and transport soiled linen to the laundry area for processing.
  • Empty trash containers, remove all trash, and empty all medical waste containers to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Inventory, restock, and replenish supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked housekeeping cart.
  • Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
