Job Summary:

We are seeking talented and experienced registered nurses to join our compassionate care team in our ICU Float Pool. As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will work in one of our 6 ICU units or their step-down units, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, utilizing a wide range of technical equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed medical therapies.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Monitor patient progress, identifying and addressing any changes or concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • Thorough knowledge of the nursing process and practice.
  • 1 year of RN experience preferred.
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio.
  • Current BLS Provider Certification, issued by the American Heart Association, must be obtained during Nursing Orientation.
