As a Warehouse Order Picking and Packaging Associate at Factory Motor Parts, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. They will also be comfortable operating equipment up to 25 feet in the air and handling hazardous materials.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and package customer orders according to established procedures
- Maintain a well-organized warehouse environment
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Ensure timely delivery of customer's automotive parts using a company-provided vehicle (if applicable)
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
- Age 18 or older
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent

- Experience with cherry picker/Big Joe equipment (a plus)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Ability to interact with diverse groups of people
