We are seeking a skilled Certified Medical Assistant to join our team at NavitsPartners. As a Healthcare Professional, you will play a vital role in providing clinical care to patients and supporting the physician services department.

Job Overview

This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week. The salary for this role is approximately $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of prior experience in Pulmonology and possess excellent communication skills. They will be able to interact effectively with varying populations and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation: Prepare exam rooms, treatment rooms, supplies, and instruments.
  • Clinical Duties: Take patients' vital signs, record them in medical charts, and perform EKGs, PFTs, and other lab tests as indicated.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain patient records, file reports, and use computer software to maintain office systems.
  • Patient Care: Identify the needs of the patient population served and modify and deliver care specific to those needs.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in Pulmonology.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to interact effectively with varying populations, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Certifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Medical Assistant Program: Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
  • BLS-AHA Certification: Required.
