We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at North Beach Rehabilitation Center, a skilled nursing facility located in North Miami, FL.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care, attending to the needs of residents and documenting care activities.
- Organize and maintain patient/resident units, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- Ensure resident rights are respected and participate in departmental activities.
- Perform related duties as required, making independent decisions when necessary.
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
- Current licensure/registration in the applicable state, with an active LPN license in good standing.
- One year of geriatric nursing experience preferred.
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.
