Job Summary:

RSS Trailer Repair is seeking a skilled Truck Yard Operator to join our team. As a key member of our distribution center, you will be responsible for safely moving semi-trailers and ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely maneuver and back semi-trailers
  • Enter and exit semi-trailers multiple times an hour, place and remove wheel chocks, lift and open doors
  • Follow established safety procedures
  • Perform basic yard tractor operations, including dropping and pulling trailers in dock doors and parking them onsite

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $21-$22/hour, depending on shift
  • Pay increase after 90 days and 1 year of employment (based on performance and attendance)
