We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Operations Manager to join our team at BrightView Landscapes. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our landscape crews, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance and Quality
    • Oversee the daily operations of our landscape crews, delegating tasks and responsibilities as needed
    • Maintain a schedule and ensure that service expectations are met
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Client Satisfaction
    • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and concerns, and work with the production manager to resolve any issues
  • Crew Management
    • Provide feedback to the production manager on crew member performance and suggest areas for improvement
    • Assist the production manager in the development and training of crew members
    • Ensure that accurate crew time logs are maintained
  • Safety
    • Ensure that all crew members are performing their work safely and in accordance with company policies
    • Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and in good working order
    • Log equipment usage and maintenance cycles

Requirements

  • Equivalent experience in a landscape-related field
