The Role

We're seeking a skilled Tablet Press Operator to join our team in the encapsulation/tableting department. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for operating, cleaning, and maintaining all equipment and facilities, including tablet presses, encapsulation machines, and production rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors
  • Follow written and verbal instructions
  • Complete batch records and label containers
  • Operate Tablet Pressing and Encapsulation equipment
  • Test and evaluate quality criteria of supplements
  • Adjust equipment controls and use basic hand tools
  • Clean equipment and inspect products
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma
  • 1 year of similar experience
  • Basic manufacturing knowledge and general production procedures
  • Basic clerical skills and attention to detail
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $21.50-$22.00, depending on experience. You'll also be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program and a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan with employer matching.
