Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure to ensure seamless communication and data exchange between our systems and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Network Design and Implementation
    • Conduct thorough network site surveys to analyze and report on customer network configurations
    • Design and configure network layouts to meet customer requirements
    • Liaise with third-party vendors to install network devices at customer sites
  • Network Security and Maintenance
    • Conduct regular network security analysis and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security
    • Implement and maintain network security protocols to prevent unauthorized access
  • Customer Support and Training
    • Provide technical support and training to customers to ensure stable operations of our robotics systems
    • Communicate with internal teams and vendors to resolve operational issues
  • Operations and Data Analysis
    • Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative operational data to identify areas for improvement
    • Develop and maintain operations manuals to promote service quality improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, telecommunications, computer science, or a related technical field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Network Engineer or similar role
  • Experience building, deploying, or supporting large-scale network infrastructures
  • Experience with conducting wireless site surveys using ekahau, airmagnet, or similar
  • Network+ or CCNA certification or equivalent network knowledge
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently under high pressure and emergent situations
