Key Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse Operations: Assist in the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, ensuring accurate inventory levels and timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Forklift Operations: Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move goods throughout the warehouse, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods, and ensuring that all inventory is properly labeled and stored.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the warehouse, dock areas, and surrounding facilities.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve warehouse goals and objectives, including participating in cross-functional teams and contributing to process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 3-6 months of forklift driving experience in a warehouse environment, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Working Conditions: This position requires the ability to work in a warehouse environment, with frequent lifting, bending, and standing. The successful candidate must be able to work in a team environment and be willing to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
