Job Summary:

As a Cafe Associate at Sam's Club, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our members. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, preparing food, operating equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare food according to item specifications, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
  • Customer Service: Provide fast and friendly service to members, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:
  • Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Food Service Experience: Previous experience in food service is preferred, but not required.
  • Food Safety Certification: Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) is preferred, but not required.
