About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and follow recipes and product instructions to ensure accurate preparation of dishes.
  • Estimate food requirements to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
  • Operate a range of kitchen equipment, including utensils, to prepare and cook food.
  • Assist in the preparation of hot and cold foods, and ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
