We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Charge Nurse in the Post Cardiac Catheterization Lab at Raleigh General Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of nursing professionals to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and develop individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Lead and manage a team of nursing professionals to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Current state RN licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, with relief charge experience preferred.
