Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assist maintenance staff as required
- Engage in CMC Safety Programs and promote a culture of safety
- Communicate effectively regarding production challenges and requirements
- Complete equipment inspection reports at the end of each shift
- Conduct minor maintenance or repairs independently
- Propose enhancements to work methods and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness in your work area
- Provide support to overhead crane operators as needed
- Troubleshoot job-related issues using knowledge and collaboration
- Understand and execute startup, shutdown, and emergency protocols

Qualifications
- Strong teamwork abilities in a dynamic environment
- Excellent work ethic, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in varying conditions, including temperature extremes and noise
- Basic computer proficiency
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to meet operational needs
- Quick learner with the ability to multitask
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work overtime and rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- High School Diploma or GED required
