Computed Tomography Technologist Job Opportunity

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Nantucket, MA.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Computed Tomography Technologist to work with our client in Nantucket, MA. As a Computed Tomography Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including positioning and instructing them on how to hold their breath
  • Administer contrast media as needed
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
  • Collaborate with physicians and other health team members to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
Requirements
  • One to three years of experience as a Computed Tomography Technologist
  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of personnel, including physicians and other health team members
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
