Sinking Spring Nursing & Rehab is seeking a Full-Time Registered Dietitian to join our team in Sinking Spring, PA.

As a Registered Dietitian at Sinking Spring Nursing & Rehab, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nutrition care to our residents. This includes developing and implementing nutrition care plans, conducting assessments and evaluations, and providing education and support to residents, families, and caregivers.

• Develop and implement nutrition care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor resident nutrition status and adjust care plans as needed
• Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers on nutrition-related topics
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition interventions

• Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a long-term care or geriatric population
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
