Job Title: Evening Home-Based ABA Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team at The Treetop ABA Therapy. As an Evening Home-Based ABA Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and special needs.

About the Role:

As an ABA Therapist, you will be responsible for implementing ABA interventions in clients' homes, collecting and documenting client progress data, and collaborating with program staff to maintain the effectiveness and consistency of therapy programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement ABA interventions in clients' homes, tailored to each child's unique needs and goals.
  • Collect and document client progress data, providing valuable insights for treatment planning and program evaluation.
  • Collaborate with program staff to ensure seamless delivery of therapy programs, promoting consistency and effectiveness.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians, providing updates on client progress and incorporating their feedback into treatment plans.
  • Adapt and refine individualized ABA therapy programs as needed, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Maintain effective communication with your BCBA, ensuring high-quality support and guidance throughout the therapy process.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Experience with ABA therapy or working with children with special needs is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Available M-F 3pm to 8pm.
  • RBT certification preferred; if not certified, a 40-hour ABA course is desirable but not required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and manage the physical demands of the role.
  • Willingness to obtain In-Person First Aid/CPR certification and an AZ fingerprint card.
  • Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
