Job Title: Sales Associate Sunglass Hut

Job Summary:

Sunglass Hut, a global leader in the sale of premium sunglasses, is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a personalized and unique shopping experience for all customers.
  • Consistently deliver sales plans and company objectives through cultivating new and existing customer relationships.
  • Actively participate in and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
  • Maintain a clean, attractive, and organized store appearance, securing all company assets under your control.
  • Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Embrace new technology and change with a high level of accuracy
  • Self-accountability for sales results through the use of selling skills and a drive to meet goals
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Self-motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi-task; ability to respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment
