Nurse - Outpatient Dialysis

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of dialysis services. As a Nurse in our outpatient dialysis center, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines
• Support patients with multiple co-morbidities, requiring unique treatment plans and a broad range of nursing skills

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
• Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) settings
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification
