Key Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• 3-4 years of leadership experience in information security or a comparable area.
• Proven track record in collaborating with diverse teams to implement effective security measures.
• Experience in application security, product security, cyber security, or managing insider threat programs is advantageous.
• Familiarity with threat modeling, security design assessments, and architectural security principles.
• Possession of recognized security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM is a plus.
• Experience in a multinational organization is preferred.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Capacity to oversee multiple projects involving team members from various departments and regions.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively to analyze intricate business challenges and propose solutions.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Proficiency in established information security management frameworks, including ISO/IEC 27001, ITIL, COBIT, NIST, and the Cybersecurity Framework is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, writing, and communication skills; adept at clearly presenting complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
