## Key Responsibilities

* Direct and manage the daily operations of the imaging department
* Ensure high-quality patient care and safety standards are met
* Lead and motivate a diverse team of imaging professionals
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
* Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and best practices

## Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in imaging, diagnostic imaging, or a related field
* 2+ years of progressive leadership experience in a fast-paced hospital or trauma center
* Bachelor's degree required
* Proven experience leading, directing, and mentoring clinical teams
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), ARDMS, CCI, ARMRIT, or NMTCB
* BLS certification
