• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Guide clients through the check-in and retail check-out process, providing a safe and welcoming environment.
• Assist clients with product knowledge and at-home routine suggestions, helping them to achieve their skincare goals.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our clients.
• Participate in events and activities to promote our brand and services.

• 1+ years of hospitality experience, with a proven track record of superior customer service.
• Ability to work a non-traditional schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and customer service.
