The Laboratory Operations Manager will oversee the comprehensive functioning of the Clinical Laboratory Division, focusing on daily activities and managing all staff within the unit.

EDUCATION & CREDENTIALS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field. Certification by the ASCP is required.
  • National accreditation from the American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP) as a Clinical Laboratory Specialist.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferred: Minimum of one year in a supervisory role.
  • At least six years of relevant laboratory experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster and maintain constructive relationships with physicians, staff, and clients.

WORKING HOURS:

Monday to Friday, Daytime schedule.
