Incoming Inspector

Kongsberg Defense & Aerospace Inc. is a leading manufacturer of Remote Weapon Stations, and we are seeking a highly skilled Incoming Inspector to join our team in Johnstown, PA. As an Incoming Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products by performing thorough inspections of individual parts, sub-assemblies, and whole components.

With a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of our company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Verifying dimensional analysis of incoming parts using various measuring instruments according to specification or print.
• Documenting measurement results (pass/fail) and moving parts to holding areas for warehousing.
• Completing 100% inspection of serial numbered parts to ensure that the serial number is correct; contacting suppliers with errors as necessary.
• Providing production support by analyzing key elements.
• Inspecting parts, sub-assemblies, work in process goods received and finished goods to ensure the products meet company quality standards.
