Position: Orthopedic Surgeon

The Orthopedic Surgeon will be responsible for devising treatment plans for patients facing a range of musculoskeletal conditions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that includes nurses, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, dieticians, hospitalists, radiologists, pathologists, and pharmacists. This role demands expertise in diagnosing and managing preoperative, operative, and postoperative care for musculoskeletal disorders.

Essential Qualifications- Proven expertise in Orthopedic Surgery, including assessment, intervention, and patient management.
- Extensive experience in managing upper extremity injuries such as carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, wrist pain, fractures, and arthritis.
- Proficient in interpreting radiological examinations, including x-rays, MRIs, and CT scans.
- Willingness to participate in general orthopedic call with a rotation of 1 in 6.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, along with conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work independently.
- Valid California Medical License.
- Graduation from an accredited Medical School.
- Completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency program.
- Completion of an accredited Hand or Upper Extremity Fellowship.
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional development to maintain licensure.
- Board Certification or Eligibility from the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.
