IT Director

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our technology team at LDF Support Group, Inc. in Wichita, Kansas. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies that align with our company's objectives and drive business outcomes.

• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's objectives and drive business outcomes.
• Provide leadership to the IT department, guiding team members in achieving departmental and organizational goals.
• Oversee the management and maintenance of all IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, security systems, and telecommunications.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and scalability of IT systems to meet current and future organizational needs.
• Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect the organization's data, networks, and systems from security breaches and cyber threats.
• Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and consultants to ensure the organization receives competitive pricing and quality service.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in an IT management role, with a track record of leading IT teams and implementing successful IT strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and emerging IT trends, including Artificial Intelligence.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routers, switches).
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions that align with organizational goals.
• Proficiency in operating systems (Windows), productivity suites (Microsoft Office, G Suite), and troubleshooting tools.
