Job Summary:
New Health MD is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Bilingual Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and promoting health best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with healthcare professionals and patients to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Examine patients and their medical records to diagnose health conditions and illnesses.
- Order and study diagnostic tests to inform treatment decisions.
- Prescribe medications and treatments to promote patient health and well-being.
- Maintain accurate records and schedules to ensure seamless patient care.
- Inform patients about their health conditions and prescribed medications.
- Educate patients and their family members on diseases, epidemics, and prevention.
- Oversee patients' overall health and promote health best practices.
- Advance professional knowledge and conduct research to stay up-to-date on best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care setting.
- Expertise in primary care, acute care, and chronic care practice.
- Knowledge of health and patient care regulations.
- Patience and cool-headedness.
- Willingness to continue gaining knowledge and clinical experience.
- Valid APRN, FNP, PA, PRN License.
- Master's degree.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Respect for patient confidentiality.
- Compassionate and approachable.
- Responsible and trustworthy.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) REQUIRED.

Work Environment:
The majority of work responsibilities are performed in an open office setting, carrying out detailed work sitting at a desk/table and working on the computer, as well as standing for long periods of time. Travel may be required.
