Key Responsibilities
  • Provide route relief on delivery routes, ensuring seamless service to customers.
  • Communicate with customer service representatives to seek out specifics about route coverage before route relief periods.
  • Create and maintain route relief schedules for assigned routes, approved weekly by service management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory management, customer satisfaction, and additional products and services that may benefit customers.
  • Assist with the on-boarding and training of customer service representatives as directed by management.
  • Adhere to and promote effective use of customer service processes.
  • Utilize service tools and systems efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Commercial Vehicles Operation: Must be physically qualified to drive a Commercial Motor Vehicle and carry a medical examiners certificate stating such qualifications.
  • Minimum Education/Experience: Proven record of punctual work attendance, basic math reasoning skills, excellent driving record, lifting ability, and capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Education or Experience: Two years industrial laundry experience or route service experience preferred.
