As a Renal Therapies Specialist, you will oversee patient observations, manage complex treatment plans, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient lives through expert nephrology care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver dialysis care to patients in a variety of settings, including ICU, CCU, and ED
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient outcomes and participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient care

Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
- Previous experience in intensive care, critical care, or emergency room settings preferred
