IHP - Term Lecturer

We are seeking highly qualified and experienced professionals to join our team as Term Lecturers at Mass General Brigham. As a Term Lecturer, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality education to our students, contributing to the development of our academic programs, and supporting the growth and success of our institution.

• Teach and mentor students in various formats, including classroom settings, labs, and simulation spaces.
• Develop and deliver curriculum, assessments, and other educational materials.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of academic programs and policies.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to achieve departmental and institutional goals.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in education and research.

• Advanced and/or terminal degree in a relevant field.
• Previous clinical experience in programs where applicable.
• Active license to practice in subject matter in programs requiring professional licensure.
• Commitment to graduate student success and academic excellence.
• Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.
• Ability to work independently and effectively interact with a wide array of parties at all levels.
