Job Summary

UCHealth is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Poudre Valley Hospital Main Hosp in Fort Collins, CO. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement patient care plans based on individual assessments to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care, including transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs
  • Delegate patient care to ancillary personnel and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
  • At least 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in cardiac rehabilitation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • At least 6 months of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in cardiac rehabilitation
  • Experience with electronic medical records and other healthcare software
