Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Renal Transplant and Urology Progressive Care Unit (STC-3) at Memorial Hospital in Temple, TX.

About the Unit

Our 35-bed progressive care unit provides specialized care to complex patients, including those undergoing renal and pancreas transplants, kidney transplants, and urological procedures. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members to provide high-quality care and support to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Manage complex monitoring and drips for patients undergoing renal and urological procedures
  • Perform continuous and manual bladder irrigation for patients undergoing urological procedures
  • Provide care to patients with pulmonary hypertension and implanted radioactive implants
  • Work closely with physicians and other team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
