Grafton Integrated Health Network is seeking a skilled Therapist (LPC/LCSW) to join our team on a PRN basis. As a Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic and counseling services to our students, including individual and group therapy sessions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct student assessments and evaluations to determine abilities and needs with regard to cognitive, behavioral, social, and emotional development.
- Develop therapeutic goals and objectives and treatment plans for each student based on their needs and abilities.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions, as well as implement activities and experiences that develop student cognitive, social, and problem-solving skills.
- Collect and record behavioral and progress-related data obtained from therapy sessions and activities.
- Evaluate students' achievements and progress pertaining to therapeutic and behavioral programs.
- Document progress, accomplishments, and behavioral developments in quarterly progress reports, discharge summaries, and annual reviews.
- Consult with supervisors, academic peers, and other Grafton staff relating to student treatment plans and needs.
- Provide behavioral consultation and guidance to other Grafton staff working with assigned students.
- Serve as an advocate for students, recommending, co-designing, and helping to ensure implementation of student transition plans.
- Masters or better in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.
- Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, or Clinical Psychologist.
- 2 years of clinical experience providing counseling services and therapy, or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
- A valid driver's license.
