We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced coach to join our team as a Varsity Girls Volleyball Coach. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the sport, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with student-athletes, parents, and colleagues.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive coaching plan to improve team performance and achieve success in competitions.
• Recruit, train, and mentor student-athletes to develop their skills and reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with the athletic director and other coaches to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents, students, and colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive team culture.
• Manage and maintain equipment, facilities, and other resources to ensure a safe and effective practice and competition environment.

• Minimum 2 years of coaching experience in volleyball, preferably at the high school or collegiate level.
• Strong knowledge of volleyball rules, strategies, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Physical education or coaching certification preferred.
