Job Title: Assistant Coach

Job Summary:
College of the Holy Cross is seeking an Assistant Coach to join our Men\u2019s Baseball program. The successful candidate will assist the Head Coach with all facets of the program, including instructing student-athletes on baseball skills and techniques, educating on baseball rules and NCAA requirements, and preparing the team for competition and practice.

Responsibilities:
Instruct student-athletes on baseball skills and techniques
Educate on baseball rules and NCAA requirements
Prepare the team for competition and practice
Perform duties in compliance with all College, Patriot League, and NCAA rules and regulations

Requirements:
Bachelor\u2019s degree required
Prior experience instructing and coaching, preferably at the Division I level
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills required
Computer and video editing skills strongly encouraged
