Job Description

As a Senior Process Engineer at Channel Personnel Services, you will be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives and ensuring the reliability of our facilities. Your expertise in process engineering and maintenance will be crucial in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance facility reliability and efficiency
  • Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to identify and address process-related issues
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts and provide technical support for process-related problems
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and procedures
  • Participate in the management of change process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead small to medium capital project process engineering support
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum of 7 years of Refinery/Petrochemical/Chemical operational experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated skill of working with teams to achieve a common goal
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance short and long-term process and reliability initiatives
  • Models proactive and effective problem-solving and decision-making skills

This is a promotable position with opportunities for advancement to technical manager and operations management roles.
