• Promote company values and adhere to all company policies and procedures

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to all customers

• Become familiar with all store products, their features, and benefits

• Utilize up-selling techniques as directed by store manager

• Notify store manager of all sales, cash, or operating discrepancies

• Prepare shift-change report at the completion of shift in accordance with company guidelines

• Utilize cash register to record all sales

• Accurately record all markups and markdowns, store use of merchandise, voids, and bad-merchandise write-offs, within established guidelines

• Keep store premises, interior and exterior, maintained in a clean and attractive manner

• Keep coolers, store shelves, and display units fully stocked and faced at all times

• Properly clean and maintain equipment and ready high-margin products such as coffee, fountain drinks, etc., as directed by store manager

• Work as a team to complete cleaning/to-do lists

• Remove snow from sidewalks and around pumps and propane filling area

• Remain in sight of store customers at all times

• Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**

• Read, speak, understand, and write English
