Job Title: Homecare Nurse

**Maxim Healthcare Services** is seeking a skilled Homecare Nurse to provide high-quality care to pediatric and adult patients in their own homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

**Estimated Salary:** $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

**Job Description:**

* Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
* Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition
* Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses

**Qualifications:*** Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice
* Current TB or Chest X-Ray
* Current BLS card
* One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
