This role involves conducting economic analysis and evaluations of return rates, depreciation, and investment opportunities. You will assess profit-and-loss statements and generate reports and recommendations for management. Key Responsibilities:
This position will be based at our new facility. On-site presence is required.

SUMMARY:
You will perform economic analysis and evaluations of return rates, depreciation, and investments. Your role will include analyzing profit-and-loss statements and preparing insightful reports and recommendations for management. You will generate forecasts and analyze trends in various business areas, assisting in the organization's financial planning.

Moreover, you will develop financial models to explore potential scenarios for future business decisions, including new product initiatives and marketing strategies.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct quantitative analyses related to budgets, expenses, and financial projects for both public and private entities.


Collect and evaluate financial data for assigned accounts, products, or business units to monitor the organization's progress toward financial objectives.

Report on current or anticipated financial performance and create financial models to support decision-making.


Analyze cash flow, expenditures, revenue, depreciation, and investments to provide actionable recommendations regarding financial procedures and strategies.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, or annual financial statements.

IMPACT OF THE ROLE:
Consistent exercise of discretion and judgment is expected.

Requires extensive knowledge in the field and a basic understanding of related disciplines.

Ability to solve complex issues independently with minimal guidance.

May lead specific projects or components within broader initiatives and may be accountable for ongoing activities or objectives.

Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Basic Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
Associate's Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

5-7 years of experience in a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Proficient analytical and statistical skills.

Ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and database querying.

Capable of gathering data from multiple sources and synthesizing/presenting findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.

Experience with startups, including project planning and establishing business processes, is a plus.
