Retail Sales Manager Opportunity at Boscov's

Boscov's, a leading chain of full-service department stores, is seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to join our team. As a member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and participating in the merchandising and setup of the selling floor to maximize sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the cosmetics department and its team members
  • Provide exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and support to customers
  • Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and paperwork, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Maintain awareness of advertised merchandise and manage sales and stock functions

Requirements:
