Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain kitchen floors, walls, and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition
  • Operate large electric machines such as dishwashers, sanitizers, and trash compactors
  • Wash and sanitize worktables, refrigerators, and food preparation surfaces
  • Segregate and remove trash and garbage, and place it in designated containers
  • Steam clean or hose out garbage cans in assigned areas
  • Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and other food preparation equipment
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, observing safe lifting standards
  • Assist with banquet table and front of the house set up as requested
  • Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed
  • Comply with all outlined sanitation and safety requirements
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in food service or facilities maintenance preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
