Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform accurate and efficient diagnostic exams in all areas of general radiology, including fluoroscopic, general diagnostic, orthopedic, and operating procedures.
  • Acquire an accurate patient history and document in the medical record.
  • Monitor patients during procedures to ensure patient safety.
  • Effectively communicate with customers, administrative staff, medical staff, and peers to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Utilize ALARA standards for minimizing radiation exposure to patients, staff, and self.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program.
  • CRT-Radiographer (R) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist upon hire.
  • CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist 180 days.
  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association upon hire.
