Nurse Practitioner

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Assess patient needs and provide individualized care to ensure optimal health outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly to maintain a high level of patient care.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed to practice registered nursing in the state of ND or a compact state.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required.
