The Operations Center Supervisor, in partnership with the Executive Director, oversees the center's operational functions, encompassing production, quality assurance, finance, human resources, and information technology.

This role is pivotal in managing daily center activities, including direct oversight of staff members.

The supervisor is tasked with ensuring that the requirements of the center, alongside its medical professionals, care teams, patients, and visitors, are satisfactorily fulfilled.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


In collaboration with the Center Executive Director (CED), the supervisor maintains operational production targets, evaluates net yields, and implements necessary enhancement strategies.

Manages and preserves operational documentation. Consistently achieves and/or surpasses daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
Independently assesses center labor requirements to align with business demands. Aids in achieving the established production targets.
Facilitates smooth patient flow throughout the center. Identifies challenges and enacts corrective measures as required.
In the absence of the CED, assumes responsibility for comprehensive financial oversight. Accountable for meeting center production objectives.

In conjunction with the Executive Director:
Ensures that financial goals are achieved and adheres to cash management, financial reporting, and other fiscal responsibilities.
Promotes a culture of continuous improvement within the center. Gathers and analyzes data to enhance quality, efficiency, and profitability. Implements effective corrective action plans when necessary.
Collaborates with market leadership to formulate effective corrective strategies to address any deficiencies identified during audits.
Adheres to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) policies and procedures. Ensures compliance with OSHA regulations and training for all employees. Completes all OSHA record-keeping and reporting obligations.
Manages inventory levels to optimize efficiency and customer service while minimizing investment.
Ensures adherence to all company protocols and relevant federal, state, and local regulations.

Demonstrates proficiency in all staff tasks and responsibilities, enabling effective training and evaluation of employee performance.

Maintains a clean and efficient work environment, ensuring the center is well-stocked with necessary operating supplies and documentation. Conducts regular internal audits of procedures and documentation.
Performs additional duties as assigned and modified at the discretion of management.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong business insight and acumen
Comprehensive understanding of general operational standards, functions, methods, techniques, practices, processes, and procedures
Knowledge of regulatory standards and applicable local, state, and federal laws relevant to the business
Exceptional critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities to analyze situations, assess risks, and devise solutions to prevent future issues and resolve recurring problems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks, tight deadlines, frequent interruptions, and shifting priorities in alignment with evolving company objectives
Proficient leadership, training, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills to drive results
Experience in budgeting and financial management preferred
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, along with various other word-processing, spreadsheet, database, email, and presentation software
Willingness to travel between local centers, regionally, and nationwide as required
Fluency in spoken and written English
This position necessitates the exercise of independent judgment
