Advanced Manufacturing Specialist

DIRECT DESIGN AND FABRICATION is a leading provider of automation, mechanical design and fabrication services. We are seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accurate product assembly
- Assemble components efficiently and effectively, meeting quality and efficiency standards
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, identifying areas for improvement
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols
- Associates degree in a related field and relevant experience
- Previous experience in assembly or a related field
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic hand tool proficiency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Competitive salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
