Key Responsibilities:- Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner.
- Document and maintain accurate records of medication administration.
- Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by the Resident Care Director.
- Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs).
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure the highest level of care and services for our residents.
- LPN, LVN, or state/province specific licensed nurse credential.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of our residents.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
