About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team at Hand & Stone - Germantown. As a Massage Therapist, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives by providing exceptional massage therapy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design personalized treatment plans for clients based on their individual needs.
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for members and guests through excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Promote member referrals and memberships to grow our client base.
  • Maintain a clean and professional environment in our therapy rooms and common areas.
Requirements
  • Active TN Massage Therapist license.
  • Carry massage liability insurance.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with clients, spa management, and staff.
  • Knowledge of Swedish Massage required, with other modalities (Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Deep Tissue) preferred but not required.
  • Belief in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
