Job Summary:

Guitar Center is seeking a skilled Instrument Repair Technician to join our team. As a key member of our store staff, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing customer-owned instruments, as well as assisting in the upkeep of store inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for our customers
• Perform high-quality repairs on customer-owned instruments
• Maintain store-owned gear as requested
• Complete warranty repair work in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Skilled understanding of guitar repair and maintenance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Foundational knowledge of Guitar Center products and services
