Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Treat others with kindness and respect by warmly welcoming customers, building relationships with repeat customers, and taking the time to determine customers' coffee needs and interests.
  • Product Quality: Deliver deliciousness with efficiency by consistently meeting La Colombe product recipes and quality standards, serving quality beverages in a timely and engaging manner, and recording and accurately processing purchases using the POS system.
  • Cafe Maintenance: Demonstrate cafe pride by making cleanliness and safety a priority, working cleanly and safely, and actively identifying any additional safety hazards.
Requirements
  • People skills: Dealing with the public and team proactively, professionally, and positively.
  • Able to lift 40 lbs or more.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Frequently required to use hands.
  • Basic understanding of computer POS Systems.
  • Ownership: Takes initiative, personally drives & takes pride in La Colombe.
