Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Cynet Health for a travel assignment in Interventional Radiology.

Job Summary:

This is a 13-week travel assignment for a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Interventional Radiology. The ideal candidate will have experience in circulating, conscious sedation, ICP management, and ventilators, as well as critical care experience and previous charge experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care for adults and geriatrics in a neuro interventional radiology setting.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Assist in neuro interventional procedures, including stroke treatment, aneurysm repair, and cerebral venograms.
  • Utilize Pyxis, EPIC, and SBAR for medication, documentation, and communication processes.
  • Participate in call rotation approximately one weekend per 4 weeks.
  • Engage in a storm or hurricane team as needed during catastrophic events or disasters.
  • Conduct special procedures such as kyphoplasty, carotid stents, and IR diagnostics.
  • Maintain a patient ratio of 1:1 for all shifts.
  • Complete mandatory orientation for 30 hours.
  • Adhere to travel compliance, including completion of all required modules prior to the start.
Requirements:
  • NC or Compact license; required in hand at the time of start.
  • BLS required, ACLS and NIH preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Interventional Radiology.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in circulating, conscious sedation, ICP management, and ventilators.
  • Critical care experience.
  • Previous charge experience.
  • Community hospital and Level II trauma experience.
Additional Information:
  • Interviews required for selection process.
  • A maximum of 5 working days in a row or 60 hours per week to prevent fatigue.
